Out walking on Saturday as the mercury raced past ninety degrees, stopping just short of one hundred (but not for lack of trying) with not a cloud in the sky, I appreciated yet again the majesty of trees and the shade they provide for free.
We're looking at some temperatures across much of the country for the next five or more days (hopefully shutting up those who were yammering about "where's summer?") so under a tree can be a great place to be.
