The self-help industry, on-line, how-to videos, infomercials, podcasts, and who knows what else is a serious industrial-strength money-making machine. We might speak about self-care wisdom as if it were a pearl of great price but there's so much of it, it's gotten more than a little devalued.
Try this on for size.
