Send Me the Pillow

The average person spends about one-third of their life sleeping, which is about 26 years. This is equivalent to 9,490 days or 227,760 hours. And yet, there's very little agreement on what position is the best position to in which to sleep. 

I have restless leg syndrome which means my wife has been extraordinarily patient for very close to five decades in sharing a bed with me. Maybe I should convince her to read this article which, self-justifying egotist that I am, I've decided is supposed to mean, none of it is my fault
