This is the day to come to the Rose of New England, Norwich, Connecticut, for the Rose Arts Festival.
Plan to come early and stay late.
Wear clothes with LOTs of pockets so you have a place to put all the fun.
An army of open-hearted people donated thousands of hours as well as their talents to make sure we have a day to remember for many years to come.
All you have to do is show up. See you there!
