Let the Year Begin

Because no one has yet shouldn't mean you can't take the first step and leave the first mark. Yes, 2015 still has that new year smell and we'll spend at least the next ten days pausing (if we're lucky) before writing the correct year on checks, invoices and memos. Happens every year and we survive it.

I don't drink, so the sunlight didn't scare the daylights out of me and I hope you awakened in the same state this morning you last remember from the previous evening but if not, perhaps I should type only in lower case to ease the wear and tear on you. OR NOT. (I'm thinking mostly not.)

If you are a little ragged, take solace that the New Year arrived without any heavy lifting on our part and it contains no Leap Year so we're looking at a straight 365 instead of worrying about a bonus day. Deep breath. Slowly exhale.

Now let the day begin.

Art for Art's Sake

The purpose of art is to conceal art.   This is called "The Invisibility of Poverty" created by Kevin Lee. -bill kenny
