In light of the last twelve months (or in my case since January 2017), today might be better spent away from electronics. Welcome to the National Day of Unplugging.
Let somebody else handle the doomscrolling for a couple of hours and break out one of the board games you put away after the kids moved out, try your hand at arts and crafts, or maybe go for a walk or a hike. If the latter, maybe I'll see you out there.
